The website www.my-ricoh.com (hereinafter "the Website"), on which a learning management and service support system, including content, for commercial personnel as well as technicians and service engineers (hereinafter “the LMS”) is made available is created, owned, operated and maintained by or on behalf of Ricoh Europe (Netherlands) B.V., Prof. W.H. Keesomlaan 1, 1183DJ Amstelveen,, The Netherlands (hereinafter "Ricoh").
The use of the Website and the LMS is restricted by the provisions of the concluded license agreement (hereinafter “Agreement’) for the use of the LMS. This Agreement is concluded between Ricoh and the party (hereinafter “Licensee”) that provides you access to the Website and the LMS as User as defined in the Agreement. The specific provisions of the Agreement also apply to these Terms and Conditions, whereby in case conflict the provisions of the Agreement prevail to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the Website. You may use the Website only if you accept these Terms and Conditions without any limitations or reservation.
By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Ricoh may at any time and at its sole discretion, change, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions by updating the contents of this page. You are advised to periodically visit the page to see if any updates have been made. Ricoh at its sole discretion may at any time discontinue the Website without prior notice being required.

Licensees that enter into an Agreement with Ricoh receive access for the agreed number of Users to the Website.
All other access is deemed to be unauthorized and therefore prohibited. In particular multiple persons using one single license to access the Website is strictly prohibited. In case of unauthorized use or abuse of the Website or its services, Ricoh may at its sole discretion decide to terminate or deactivate the account of a User.
Ricoh expressly disclaims any liability for errors that may occur due to system errors or (temporary or permanent) failure of the Website, its application or other tools. To the fullest extent possible under the applicable law, Ricoh shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website. Participating companies in this Privacy Statement ("Participants") are Ricoh Family Group sales companies and official distributors and dealers of Ricoh, Nashuatec, Rex Rotary, Gestetner, Lanier and Infotec. Ricoh Company Limited ("Ricoh Japan") owns these companies and their subsidiaries directly or indirectly and sells its products through them on the European, African and Middle East market.
On the Website you can access service information and training materials provided by Ricoh. The number of databases you have access to depends on the access rights you were given by Ricoh.
Ricoh recognizes the importance of the protection of personal data. Ricoh promises to respect your privacy and process your personal data in a careful and confidential manner. The data will not be processed for other purposes than the purposes specified in this Privacy Statement. What data does Ricoh process?
Ricoh collects the data that is necessary to be able to identify you and if necessary contact you (such as name, e-mail address, preferred language and the organization you belong to). Ricoh collects the results of the exams, the number of exams passed and failed, and the questions answered. The logon data is also stored for security reasons.
Who has access to your data?
Only Ricoh has access to all data collected through the Website. Your employer can view your data. Ricoh may also grant any Participant administration rights (right to view, add, modify and delete data) to parts of the database.
Does Ricoh transfer your data to others? Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
Your personal data is not submitted, disclosed or transferred to any other party than Ricoh and Participants without your prior consent. Ricoh Japan has reporting rights to this database. This means that Ricoh periodically provides Ricoh Japan with reports on the data collected through the Website for analytical and/or statistical purposes. All data transferred to Japan however shall be anonymized in a manner that the data cannot be related to an identified or identifiable person by Ricoh Japan.
However, please note that certain software is not available on the Website. Only a hyperlink to external third party websites, such as for instance Ricoh Japans website, where this software is located, is provided. If you click on such hyperlink you are transferred to such third party website and any personal data that you disclose will be stored on this third partys servers. This privacy statement is not applicable to processing of your data on such third party website.
Does Ricoh use your data for Direct Marketing?
Ricoh does not use your personal data to send you any unsolicited mail regarding commercial offers or advertisements, nor does Ricoh sell or trade your data.
Where is your data stored?
The data you enter on the Website is transferred via the World Wide Web to servers located within the European Union. These servers are owned and maintained by a processor that has agreed with Ricoh to respect the applicable privacy laws.
Is your data safe with Ricoh? Ricoh has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to adequately protect your data from unauthorized access and processing.
What are your rights with regard to the data?
You are not obliged to provide Ricoh with the requested data but if you do not agree to the collection of your data unfortunately Ricoh may not, or no longer, be able to provide you with the online training. You have the right to request Ricoh to inform you if and what personal data relating to you Ricoh has processed. You can view your contact information by visiting the "My Settings" part of the Website. You may also request Ricoh to correct, supplement, block or delete your data totally or partially in the event that it is factually inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant to the purpose of the processing. You may object to your data being processed or to the purpose for processing. Ricoh will undertake to comply with such requests in a timely manner. You can withdraw your declaration of consent to process your data at any time. In case you wish to withdraw your declared consent and, thus, terminate the processing of your personal data by Ricoh, a letter or an e-mail will be sufficient.
Upon termination of your relationship with Ricoh your data will be deleted from the Website. If your participation in ends for whatever reason, Ricoh shall also delete your data.
